Programmatic Advertising Manager

Mattogroup is a fast growing technology startup in possession of a lot of online data. This first party data is used, among other things, for highly targeted playout of programmatic advertising.
These are your tasks
- You create and monitor programmatic display and video campaigns in Xandr & Google DV360
- You analyze and optimize the performance of the individual campaigns according to KPIs
- You ensure the measurability and the achievement of the KPI's as well as the adherence to the planned media budget
- You take care of media buying and negotiate prices for private and preferred deals
- You create performance forecasts
- You identify trends and developments in the area of programmatic advertising and share them internally
- You work closely with publishers and tool providers (DSP, DMP, CMP)
What you bring with you
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Programmatic Advertising, preferably on buying site
- Practical experience with Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
- Experience with RTB technologies (DSP, SSP, AdServer and DMP) - we work with Xandr, DV360, 1plusX & Peer39
- Knowledge of the Programmatic Ecosystem
- Knowledge and experience with attribution models
- Experience with pixels, conversion tags and variables conversion pixels, HTML5 creatives, VAST TAGs & ad server variables
- Analytical, numbers-driven and closing-oriented, performance-oriented way of working
- High degree of independence and initiative
